Summary: Room was nice and spacious. Cleaning crew was friendly and accommodating. My only issue was the lady at check in. She was not friendly and welcoming AT ALL. She was very bland, dry, and acted as if I was bothering her by even checking in. Chick-fil-A has spoiled it for every other business because I hold everyone to their standard. Greeting your guests with a smile and a "Welcome" or "Hello" is very basic. I gave a cheerful "Hello" and a smile when I walked up to the counter and she just stared at me. If I did not already have a reservation I would have certainly went to one of the other properties next door. Suggestion to management: Send her to Chick-fil-A training. She would benefit greatly.
