Positive: Location was excellent and staff were very friendly.

Negative: Previously stayed and had a lovely room. This time, the room we had was tired and dated. Felt uncomfortable in comparison to the better furnished/decorated room we had previously. If I had this room the first time, I would not have rebooked and will question whether I do again unless all rooms are refurbished or the price better reflects the condition.
