Our location is a small, intimate, 23 unit complex. This particular unit, #9, is on the ground floor, and one of the closest to our private beach access. You can fall a sleep to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach. We are in close proximity to numerous attractions like rocket launches, The Pier, shopping, and cruise ships. If you want to stay in a place that's been newly renovated, with all the amenities of home, well look no further! This first floor condo is your destination. A total renovation was completed on the inside and outside of the unit and boasts new kitchen with stainless appliances, a new bathroom, and large bedrooms, one having a king size bed and the other having a queen bed. There is a large flat screen tv in the living room, and there are tv's in each bedroom. Cable and wireless internet are provided. For your convenience, beach chairs, easy pop up shelter, a beach utility cart (to get your stuff out there), sand toys, and a pack n play are provided. There is an outdoor shower on the patio to rinse off. If you have a larger group of people, or want more of an ocean view, we have a second condo in the complex to rent out to you, listing 7915275. Enjoy! As of 3/15/20 we are using Virex Tb during our cleaning process .
