Welcome to our superb 4 bed, 2 bath vacation villa. A perfect place to unwind after a busy day visiting many of the local attractions. Located on Montego Bay Resort.
The villa has been furnished to an extremely high standard and will sleep 8. Fully airconditioned throughout and free Wi-Fi.
A beautiful private south facing pool that that gets the sun all day; what more could you want? For ease, there is a handrail in which to use to ease yourself into the warm water. There is plenty of space around the pool to laze around on the provided loungers. There is a shaded space that can be used for al fresco dining or just relaxing out of the hot sun. The pool can be heated for an additional cost (please enquire for details).
The villa benefits from a spacious sitting room area. With comfortable seating and a large TV. There is direct access to the pool deck area from the sitting area.

There is a fully fitted kitchen, which is lovely to be able to make you and your family or friends a nourishing breakfast before you all head out on your exciting day of adventure. Alternatively, cook your evening meal or just fill the fridge with drinks and snacks.
There is a separate breakfast table with additional seating at the breakfast bar.
There is a separate dining space just off the sitting area, which creates a more formal dining space for an evening meal.
Each of the 4 bedrooms have a TV; comprising:
Master Suite 1 - King bed with en-suite bathroom, large walk-in shower
Second bedroom - Double bed
Third bedroom – Double bed
Fourth bedroom – Full bunk beds
The separate shower room offers a large walk-in shower. A shower chair and raised toilet seat can be provided if required, as well as a children’s trainer seat.
A BBQ has very kindly been provided by the owners. However, guests MUST keep it clean after each use, and be responsible for replacing the gas when needed.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa.
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
