This house is located in the most sought after neighborhood of New Smyrna Beach. Walk to the great state park, New Smyrna Dunes. Steps to Flagler Ave to enjoy the best restaurants, shops, and live the small beach town that New Smyrna is known for. Enjoy the back patio deck, grill, and great backyard. There is a public dock just south off Due East for fishing. The white sands of New Smyrna Beach is located 3 blocks to the east and Sapphire Park is around the corner. Close to shopping restaurant bars and nightlife. Ranch style home with tile floors. Home does not provide you the garage. The owner is using the garage. The home is pet friendly with a pet fee of $150.00 per pet.

This condo is on the top floor of a complex and is directly oceanfront. We enjoyed amazing views of the sunrise each morning. You can watch the sunset from the walkway by the front door too, as a bonus. There were lots of plates, cups, linens, and other essentials. Grocery delivery companies serve the home so we were able to easily have things delivered from Publix which was awesome. During COVID times we chose not to use the elevator except during check-in and check-out, which was made much easier by the carts provided on the first floor for loading luggage into. Walking up and down the 7 flights of stairs was nice exercise. :) The pool is spacious and the boardwalk from the beach is private (you take a key down from your condo to open the gate to re-enter the property from the beach). - Kristy July 2020
We enjoyed our stay in New Smyrna. The unit is spacious and the ocean view is spectacular. We love being on the no-drive section of the beach for safety reasons. There are no apartments on any side of the unit and it is situated on the top floor, so the stay was very peaceful. The apartment is stocked with most anything you will need. The list of amenities indicates that there is a washer and dryer on the building site, but there is actually a set in the unit, which is very convenient. I highly recommend . Laura, July 2018

We loved this place! It was myself, my husband, our two preschool-aged kids, and my father-in-law. It was nice to be up on the top floor with no immediate neighbors. We could walk out onto the balcony to enjoy the ocean view at any time. It was great to quickly get down to the pool or beach. The storage closet has beach chairs, boogie boards, and a caddy. The condo had plenty of linens and towels, including beach towels. The condo itself is well decorated, clean, and comfortable. The nearby dollar store market and the few restaurants we frequented were perfect as well. We will definitely be back! We have found our home away from home! -Susan, July 2020
