Positive: Close to where I can take few minutes to stay, but the staffs are unprofessional. If I have the opportunity to go there again, I would hope to see some changes

Negative: While I was waiting checking, the front desk lady was on the phone with her family or boyfriend. I’m not mad for their conversation, but I’m a customer coming to stay and pay not to ask for free.
