Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath vacation getaway. Spacious and bright, this 860 sq. ft apartment is attached to the rear of my home and is the perfect place to stay. We are centrally located to shopping, restaurants, beaches, the new baseball complex, and everything else the Palm Beaches has to offer. This property is NOT on the beach but is on an inland waterway with water views. I call it Beachy Tiki for the decor, not the location.
Recently remodeled, open concept, totally new kitchen, with large island with granite countertops and barstool seating, garbage disposal, stainless steel refrigerater with icemaker and a dishwasher. Also provided are plates, silverware , coffee mugs, and glasses. There is NO stove, but there is a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and crockpot and a gas grill outside. Who cooks on vacation anyway? But there is a washer and dryer for your laundry needs .
Beautiful queen size bed and plenty of space for clothes with a walk in closet. Adjoining bathroom features new sink and vanity.
Relax under the tiki hut enjoying the water views. Watch the fish jump and see the pelicans and other bird life that live around the salt water lagoon. There is a swimming pool for your use, and even kayaks if you want to explore a bit. Walk to the fine waterfront seafood restaurant around the corner. A convenience store and gas station is also just steps away. No parties allowed!
