Beach pass included. There is also a fresh water river in the back yard that empties into the ocean just 100 yards away. Boat lovers, trailer your boat 100 yards down the street to Prince Cove Marina. Nantucket Sound access to Hyannis, Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.
