Our place is fully equipped for to make your holiday one to remember. During full pond (May to September) enjoy full use of our private dock/floating dock for swimming or boating enjoyment. Guests can still enjoy the beautiful view and sun on our permanent dock as the lake is lowered October -April. The home is close to Johnson City and ETSU (Eastern TN State University. It is 15 Minutes to the Bristol Speedway, and 40 minutes to Roan Mountain and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Hiking is all around- including parts of the Appalachian Trail. The home is an easy day trip from the Smoky Mountains and to Asheville, NC- each about 1 and 1/2 hours away
