Summary: Allison was very responsive. Main complaints are there were a number of small maintenance issues that kept it from 5-stars. A greeting notebook with general information on checkout, Wifi, TV usage, etc would be helpful. Maintenance issues are: the backyard had not been mowed in a very long time, basically unusable; kitchen cabinet door off one hinge; dishwasher didn't appear that it would run and was out from casing which caused silverware drawer to be blocked, minimal amenities; shower head in master bathroom old and consequently poor water flow. Minimal effort would be required to get house in much better condition. Pricing was a big plus.
