Welcome to Sweet Carolina, 49 Dune Lane. This extravagant 8-bedroom, 9.5-bathroom home boasts countless features to make you feel like you are on your own private resort. Located on the beautiful ocean sands of North Forest Beach, you cannot help but relax.
The house features ample space for everyone and sleeping for up to 26. The main floor of the house is made for entertaining with a wide-open floor plan complete with a gourmet kitchen, dining room, large living room, and powder room. Enjoy your meals on the deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, cooked on the built-in grill and outdoor kitchen. Also, on the main floor is one of the king guest bedrooms with a private bath featuring a roll-in shower. As well as a master bedroom that has ocean views and main deck access. All bedrooms have a large flat-screen TV for your enjoyment as well. The elevator can be used from the ground –up to the first, second, or third floors.
The second floor plays host to 5 additional bedrooms and a game loft/second living room. Three of which have ocean views and deck access. The first of these three has 2 queen beds and a private bath with tub-shower. Continuing down the hall you will find the second ocean facing room with private bath and king bed. The third bedroom on this floor with ocean views is the junior master suite. This room has a king bed, sleeper sofa, private bath with roll-in shower, and access to the 2nd-floor deck overlooking the ocean. This ocean facing deck has a spiral staircase leading down to the main deck or pool deck!
The last two bedrooms face inland but also have a deck connecting each other. The first of these two bedrooms is another king guest with a private bathroom and tub-shower. The 5th bedroom on this floor is a queen guest room and private bath with tub-shower, just outside the game loft. The game loft has a large flat-screen TV with easy access to be able to hook up your favorite game system and a staircase up to the third floor. The third floor is all about the kids with yet another bedroom and 2 bathrooms but does not have access via the elevator. The third-floor bedroom has 4 sets of bunk beds and each bathroom has a roll-in shower.
Of course, the house is perfect if you must stay inside, but you came to Hilton Head to be outside, and 49 Dune Lane has made it easy to stay outside. The outdoor space is nothing less than resort quality. There is ample seating to enjoy an intense game of ping-pong in the open rec room overlooking the pool deck. Enjoy your favorite beverage under the Tiki Bar overlooking the world-class pool. Below the Tiki Bar is the Pool Bar. Built right into the pool is seating to the bar next to the hot tub and sun lounging deck. The other end of the pool is the perfect spot for the kids and a cool relaxing day. The bubblers will keep the kids entertained and you cool as you lay-out in the sun on the shallow patio portion of the pool. All this and there are still more to enjoy when the sun goes down at the built-in fire pit over-looking the ocean. And you have not even been to the beach yet.
