Summary: This is a great property with a lot of really usable space. We had a group of 7 and everyone was able to sleep comfortably. While there are a number of amenities that are available for guests, there are also several that are not. For example, there is a gas grill and two gas firepits. However, there was only one propane tank. When asking the hosts about it, they replied that the firepits are not available to guests. If these features are not available, that's fine, but it would be better to not leave them out. The hosts also only provide 3 rolls of toilet paper, which feels somewhat odd. Not a thing I would expect to have to buy during a stay somewhere. I'm not sure if this counts as "cleanliness," but most of the outdoor furniture was broken when we arrived. The owners seemed to be unaware of many of the issues with the property and give you 2 hours to report anything that you find. This is somewhat concerning because it feels as though you need to search for every conceivable issue before you can enjoy your stay or risk incurring fees for damage you did not cause. All in all, it's a nice property and a great place to stay as a group.
