Welcome to the TLC- Tempe Little Casita!
In a quiet Central Tempe neighborhood this 1 bedroom 1 bathroom casita is attached to an existing residence with its own private entrance and patio area. Cozy, Clean & Charming Apartment filled with lots of natural light and the décor has a southwestern modern and industrial vibe. Fresh and comfortable with all the amenities you may want or need for a comfortable stay. Fast wi fi, 43" ROKU Smart TV with antenna - play all your streaming apps Netflix, HULU, HBO etc. A well -equipped kitchenette and ensuite laundry facilities -- able to sleep up to 4,( although the bathroom is off the bedroom). Queen bed in Bedroom and Queen size sofa bed in living room lounge area...plush towels, quality linens. Near many restaurants, hiking, biking trails.
The Bedroom has queen bed, the mattress is hotel grade, comfortable (pillow-top firm).
Pretty much all that you'll need is provided: towels, soaps, shampoo and even a hair dryer and clothes iron. A walk-in shower in the bathroom and convenient washer and dryer.
The compact Kitchenette is well equipped and has most essentials for easy light cooking: an Induction cook top, and an electric cook top, microwave, a 3.2 cu refrigerator with freezer, toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker with starter pack of coffee and teas. Basic spices included. The kitchenette has utensils, cutlery, plates, cups, glasses and a set of pots and pans: get creative or just warm up food in the microwave or toaster oven.
The living area is cozy and comfy where you can nap, read a book, chat or watch a movie. A queen size sofa bed to stretch out on, sleep or take a nap.
If you're here in the winter it may be just in time to enjoy some oranges, lemons or limes from one of the citrus trees.
Extra linens are in the armoire closet and toiletries are in the bathroom closet.
Access to the casita is through a keypad code. This is easy to use and allows you to get in whenever you arrive. It is convenient, though we are next door if you want to meet. It's your choice.
We are pretty laid back and enjoy meeting and visiting with interesting people. If you prefer privacy we will respectfully leave you to your solitude.
Our neighborhood is pedestrian and bicycle friendly. The "Orbit" is a small neighborhood shuttle that has a stop a block away. Climb on for a free ride to downtown or the hub that connects to other mass transit options.
Perfect for visiting your ASU student. (2 miles to ASU Campus) Within walking distance to Starbucks, city bus stop, grocery and farmers market grocer, library and restaurants, 12 minutes from airport. Many Spring Training parks nearby. 6 miles to Scottsdale. Close to freeways.
