One small dog per reservation is permitted, pending weight/breed approval from host, for insurance purposes.

Bay boat access is just 2 blocks away. You can literally launch your boat, drop your trailer back at the house and walk back to your boat.

A beach wagon, 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys are available upon request after a signed liability waiver and agreement to replace if broken, damaged or lost, is signed.
Baby gear, such as Pack N Play, highchair and other various equipment is also available upon request with signed waiver.
Photography packages, as well as additional equipment rental is available for an additional fee {see photos}. Please do not bring beach wagons in the house. You may store them under the covered area in the front or in the backyard.
