ℹ️ Helpful Notes
• This is a city home so street noise is normal part of DC living. For added comfort, we provide earplugs and sound machines in each bedroom.
• The lower deck is shared with our kind neighbors downstairs, who occasionally use it. If your group plans to use the lower deck frequently during your stay, just let us know in advance and we will coordinate with our neighbors.
1. Please keep noise and music low between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Noise complaints/law enforcement involvement would result in the stay being ended immediately without refund, along with a $1,000 fine.
2. Unplug unused appliances before leaving the home.
3. Adult supervision is required for all children at all times.
4. No shoes indoors. A shoe cabinet is provided by the staircase.
5. No smoking of any kind inside or outside the home. A $1,000 fee will apply if evidence is found.
6. Parties & events: No parties, events, birthdays, or bachelor/bachelorette stays. Violations would result in immediate termination of stay without refund and a $1,000 fine.
7. Check-in is from 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM. Late check-out incurs $100 per hour.
8. Only registered guests, inclusive of children, listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Any unregistered guest(s) would result in a $200 per person, per night fee and immediate termination of stay without refund.
9. No mail or package deliveries. Food delivery is welcome.
10. Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
11. Do not unplug TVs, Wi-Fi equipment, lamps, security devices, or other electronics.
12. While we love them, we cannot accommodate pets. Violations result in $500 per pet, per night, plus double cleaning fees.
13. Guests are responsible for reading street signs and following parking regulations. We are not liable for parking tickets/violations.
14. Return all keys and garage remotes to their original locations. Lost items incur at least a $500 replacement fee per item, depending on urgency and impact on incoming guests.
15. Flush toilet paper only. A $600 fee applies if a plumber is required to unclog the main line.
16. Between mid-November and end of March, please keep the heater on and set above 60°F to prevent frozen pipes.
17. Report any damages immediately.
