One of the back decks features an inviting seating area. There is also an outdoor dining area if you would like to host warm-weather get-togethers with your loved ones! The ground level features a garage where you can find several beach chairs and an enclosed outdoor shower, which is perfect for rinsing off. Please note there is no elevator - only steps up to the second and third levels. Additionally, there are two adult bikes, four children's bikes, and two children's scooters if you would like to explore the neighborhood from another point of view.
