You will walk into the first floor to find an open kitchen and living area with a half bath. The stairs lead to the second-floor bedrooms and bathrooms, which includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The additional set of stairs leads to the 4th bedroom/loft. The backyard is enclosed by a fence for privacy and convenience to those with pets.
We have two spots assigned to the townhome in the parking lot by the back door. There is street parking also in front of the house.
We recommend taking an Uber/Lyft to get to downtown areas as it is a super short and inexpensive drive!

1. Are linens included?
Yes! We provide sheets and bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Currently we do not provide beach towels.
2. How far are you from the asbury boardwalk?
We are located ~1.4 miles (approx 6 minute drive) from the Asbury Park boardwalk.
3. How far are you from the beach?
Depends on the beach! We are a 5-6 minute drive from Asbury Park beach, Ocean Grove beach, and Bradley beach. We are an 8 minute drive from Belmar beach. And we are 20 minutes from Point Pleasant beach.
4. How far are you from wedding venues?
We are about 2 miles from the Berkley Hotel and Asbury Hotel.

6. What is the parking situation?
We have two designated parking spots for guests that are labeled with the house number. There is free street parking for overflow.
7. Do you provide beach chairs and beach badges?
At this time, we do not offer beach chairs or badges. This is because there are so many beaches to choose from and it’s hard to limit to just one! See our beach badge guide for details on purchasing daily badges!

-First floor half bath.
-2nd floor has a room with a king bed, a room with a queen bed, and a room with 2 twin beds. There are 2 full baths.
