Welcome to Exit 102 Vacation Rentals! Our spacious 4-bedroom townhome awaits you, conveniently situated near downtown Asbury Park, beaches, wedding venues (such as Berkley & Asbury Hotel), train stations, and bus stops. Perfect for up to 8 guests.

This is a completely private unit, all yours! We are close by and can answer any questions or respond to any concerns you have during your stay.
The end-unit townhome is located in a townhouse community. Guests will be in close proximity to neighbors, but will have their own private outdoor entrance and 2 parking spots.
Guests will recieve a keypad code to access the home for convenience. There are 2 parking spots dedicated to the unit. Extra vehicles may park on the street for free.
The 3-story townhome includes a open living room and kitchen on the first floor, complete with an oven, full refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and mini fridge.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms on the second floor and a loft on the 3rd floor without a door. The home includes 2.5 baths, one being a full bathroom with access from the master.
Note** There are 3 true bedrooms and one loft without a door on its own floor with full privacy.
4 total beds (3 queen, 1 full). Can comfortably fit eight people.
The home is about a 5 minute drive from the beach, downtown Asbury Park, and Ocean Grove! We recommend using a car or ride share service to get around as those are the most convenient.
1. Are linens included?
Yes! We provide sheets and bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Currently we do not provide beach towels.
2. How far are you from the asbury boardwalk?
We are located ~1.4 miles (approx 6 minute drive) from the Asbury Park boardwalk.
3. How far are you from the beach?
Depends on the beach! We are a 5-6 minute drive from Asbury Park beach, Ocean Grove beach, and Bradley beach. We are an 8 minute drive from Belmar beach. And we are 20 minutes from Point Pleasant beach.
4. How far are you from wedding venues?
We are about 2 miles from the Berkley Hotel and Asbury Hotel.

6. What is the parking situation?
We have two designated parking spots for guests that are labeled with the house number. There is free street parking for overflow.
7. Do you provide beach chairs and beach badges?
At this time, we do not offer beach chairs or badges. This is because there are so many beaches to choose from and it’s hard to limit to just one! See our beach badge guide for details on purchasing daily badges!
8. What is the bed/bath layout?
