Summary: Location is outside downtown but very easy to get to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms and entire place is clean and newly painted and well maintained . The value is good. We only had the breakfast one day and they ran out of pancakes so get there early. It’s a nice little selection (eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, pasties, pancakes). If you are not a heavy sleeper I suggest the third floor because you can hear the movement from the upstairs when you stay on the first or second floor. Sometimes we could hear our neighbors snoring. None of these things bother us but I thought I’d share for people that are more picky
