This split floor plan is nestled away on the far end of a cul-de-sac with mature landscaping surrounding it. Enjoy relaxing on your private lanai with views of the wooded area, pond and lake in the distance. Updated kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and in-kitchen dining. Vaulted ceilings lead to the large living room with a glass slider to the screened in pool.
The master bedroom features a king sized bed and wall mounted smart TV with ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.
Bedroom 2 features a queen sized bed with wall mounted smart TV with a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom features a tub/shower combo.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Pool Policy: A private pool is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $40.00 / per day - minimum of 3 nights. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.
Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 dog. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximum.
