This home was designed with fun for the entire family in mind. Fully equipped kitchen to whip up breakfast or dinner for the family. There is also a full laundry room with washer and dryer.

There is a poker table for up to 6 players with a full poker set included and you can mix up cocktails at the bar (alcohol not included). The game room is stocked with board games and card games for all ages as well as six arcade games, Ping Pong, Foosball and basketball.
The backyard oasis features two screened in lanais with tons of seating for the group! There is also a charcoal grille, outdoor dining, two hammocks, corn hole, a wood burning fire pit, and a hot tub with lights and massage jets. Enjoy the gorgeous view and watch the manatees, turtles and even dolphins in the backyard. Enjoy six kayaks, and one paddle board all included with this home - saving your hundreds on kayak rental fees daily.
