Summary: Staff completely unhelpful. Internet password provided did not work. There was a “resort” fee for nothing. We were there one night, checked in around 5pm and checked out at 6:30am. We never saw another hotel guest. However, there was lots of noise coming from the room next door. When the occupancy is so low, why not give people some space! We asked the front desk manager for directions to a restaurant that was literally minutes away. He simply said he had never heard of the place. We also asked for directions to the local airport. He was also not able to help. Turns out the airport was a 6 minute drive. Just a total lack of caring and no understanding of CUSTOMER SERVICE! One and done!
