Enjoy ocean front sunrises and intracoastal sunsets (and moonsets) all from the convenience of our house. We are located on a pristine, white sand beach in northeast Florida (Crescent Beach, St. Augustine). Very clean, open and bright. Panoramic ocean front deck with newly built (Jan 2023) private dune walkover. All amenities including wireless internet. Both bedrooms have king-size beds one of which has an additional full bed that expands to a king. The living room has a great sofa bed and two leather swivel rockers. We are a dog friendly home.
There are three (3) SMART televisions to keep the kids happy after wearing themselves out at the beach.

We are a short drive to downtown Saint Augustine, Marineland, and Alligator Farm. Area attractions include World Golf Village, nation's oldest city, several ghost tours, surfing and many others. Disney and all related Orlando attraction are less than 2 hours. Convenient to Daytona and surrounding towns.
