The 533+ sf resort suite includes living room, kitchen and dining areas, full bathroom, and bedroom. Additional amenities include: wifi internet access, television, stereo, hair dryer, In-room safe, cordless telephone, refrigerator, cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware and silverware, iron & ironing board. Daily housekeeping is not included but may be added at the concierge desk for an additional fee.
The Wyndham Midtown 45 also provides an interior sky lounge and outdoor observation terrace on the top floor (33rd floor) with great views of the city, fitness center, business center, and shared laundry room. This resort is your sophisticated oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of outside world. The specific presidential suite is assigned upon check-in. The photos are a combination of different suites and spaces on site.
The person named on the reservation must be the one checking in and be at least 21 years of age and provide a VALID ID and credit card. A $250 security deposit from a major credit card upon checking in is required and will be refunded if there is no damage. Prior to the arrival date should you need to change the name of the person checking in, there is a $99 name change fee. Check-in time is 4 p.m. ET and check out time is 10 a.m.
Valet parking is the only option offered by the resort to park your car during your stay. The per-night cost is $65 for vehicles less than 181 inches, $85 for vehicles over 181 inches in length, or SUVs. Please note that certain large vehicles, such as pickup trucks or large vans, will be charged $105 per night. In and out privileges are available for an additional fee of $15 per re-entrance. Additionally, the garage reserves the right to park certain cars depending on their make or model (e.g, no luxury cars, no Tesla truck, no oversized vehicles). Bringing a car on vacation to the Wyndham Midtown 45 at New York City is not recommended. Many visitors to New York choose to use the city's robust public transportation options to enjoy area activities.
No Pets Allowed: Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations. But all other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are NOT permitted at Club Wyndham Managed locations.
No Smoking Allowed (including electronic cigarettes) within your suite or inside the resort. The resort does not allow bicycles, scooters or skateboards inside the building.
Wyndham Vacation Resorts is a time-share company and you likely will be encouraged to attend a time share presentation, but if you don’t want to do that just politely say "no".
