This property features the largest porch in North Carolina, with a roofed hot tub and a tiki bar! Not to mention the most beautiful views. it's all just about a 6-minute drive from downtown Brevard. The gas station and grocery store are just a minute drive away. The cottage includes 1 cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a full-size bed in the loft above, perfect for a small group of guests. 2 porches, 1 is screened and 1 is walked out from the bedroom with views to the woods. The kitchen is fully equipped for full-course cooking; Keurig coffee is provided.
For an evening relax we have a nice, large fire pit which is lit up at night, and the firewood is provided. We answer every question promptly.
