This cabin is located in a newly built neighborhood just a few miles from the heart of downtown Pigeon Forge. While construction is still active in parts of the development, many cabins are already being rented, and the developer has been mindful of guest experience. It's a growing area filled with well-built, stylish cabins in a truly unbeatable location. You'll enjoy the peace of a private stay while being incredibly close to top restaurants, shows, and attractions.
Getting Around:
Paved roads lead all the way to the cabin, and parking is available in the private driveway. The roads are smooth and manageable, though they can become muddy during or after rain due to ongoing construction nearby. A vehicle is required, and we recommend a 4x4 if you're visiting during wet or winter weather, or if you plan to explore beyond the Parkway.
Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.
• Sleeps a maximum of 4 guests.
• Electric fireplace is seasonal (typically operates October–March, weather permitting).

• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Property Access: Your privacy is important to us. While we do not anticipate needing to access the property during your stay, authorized management, maintenance, housekeeping, or service personnel may occasionally need to enter for inspections, repairs, maintenance, safety concerns, or emergencies. Whenever reasonably possible, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. If we are unable to reach you, do not receive a response, or immediate access is reasonably necessary, authorized personnel may enter after knocking and announcing themselves, or immediately in the event of an emergency, as permitted by applicable law.
