Ideally situated, Morningside Retreat is just 1 mile from the YMCA and within 4 miles of top attractions such as Venice Beach, Sharky’s, Manasota Beach, Caspersen Beach, and Downtown Venice. Wellen Park is a 7-mile drive away.
Fully renovated in 2022, comfortable and open plan house. Fully stocked kitchen with lots of bonus necessities. BBQ/WiFi/Garage parking/Bikes/Gym/Outdoor washing station/Beach chairs/towels. Everything is there for your enjoyable stay!
You will have exclusive access to the entire home during your stay. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy the privacy and comfort of the entire space!
You are welcome to relax and unwind in the backyard, watch the birds play around the tree, birdbath and squirrels chase each other in the trees. Additionally you'll find a propane BBQ grill for your use, cozy chairs, romantic string lights above and a propane fire pit. It's the perfect spot for enjoying the outdoors and creating lasting memories!
I have implemented a convenient keyless entry system for your ease and security. Prior to your arrival - approximately one day before or earlier, I will provide you with a unique access code that will grant you entry into the property for the duration of your stay. No need to worry about keys!

There is driveway parking available on the premises for your convenience. Additionally, you can park your vehicle inside garage, so please use that if you’d prefer.

Location of my house offers you an easy access to several beautiful beaches, including Venice Beach, Manasota Beach Casperson Beach and Sharky's Beach. You'll also find a variety of restaurants, shops, and recreational activities in close proximity. I would want you to consider exploring the newly developed New Wellen park and get pleasantly surprised! If you want to take a dip in the pool, I highly recommend our local YMCA - it is about a mile away and has a nice outdoor pool, indoor racket ball courts, basketball courts and workout equipment.
I will be more than happy to provide recommendations or answer any questions you may have about local attractions. In addition I have created a guide book that might help you with restaurant, things to do and see recommendations.
