Summary: Room was clean but worn, location and ambience is good, service lackluster and slow. Employees seemed untrained and were untimely in all requests. It took 45 minutes to get breakfast order taken and had to go to the front desk and ask a manager to finally get a server. Concierge was late to their shift by 20 minutes delaying all guests that were waiting.
