Our townhome is in an incredibly central location within 3 min to a supermarket, 5 min drive to Granby Ranch ski resort, and just 20 min to Winter Park ski resort, Grand Lake and/or Rocky Mountain National Park!
Upon entering into the heated two car garage, you'll find a large mudroom where you can kick off boots and jackets, followed by a hallway that leads to two bedrooms and small reading nook. These downstairs bedrooms have plush sleeping arrangements - one with a twin over queen bunk (and TV) and the other a twin-over-twin setup. Across the hall, there's a large bathroom complete with a full bath.
Upstairs, you'll find a large, spacious, open floor plan with a corner fireplace and an unobstructed view of the Grand Elk golf course and the surrounding mountains. The kitchen has a large island, with 3 stools and a huge dining room table with seating for 12 adventurous souls. Towards the back, there are two large guest bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, including a steam shower in the primary bath.
Other fun stuff: Lots of games, 3 large TVs, steam shower in master bath, radiant heating, plenty of wine glasses, huge covered patio with hot tub, 2 large bathtubs, golf course and endless views!
