The living room features a sectional sofa, chair, and a large smart TV, perfect for relaxing and watching a movie! Off the living room you will find the kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, and a Keurig coffee machine. There is an adorable breakfast nook connected to the kitchen which features seating for 5! There also is a full bathroom on this level. At the front of the house on the first floor is a large room that can double as a home office or another bedroom with a trundle that has two twin beds.
The remaining three bedrooms are on the second floor. These include one room with a King size bed, and two rooms with queen beds. There is a small full bathroom off of the room with the King size bed, and a large full bathroom in the hallway just outside the other two bedrooms. Both of these rooms also have desks to accommodate all of your work from home needs! The washer/dryer are also located on this level for your convenience!
The two piazzas and large backyard allow you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful Charleston weather! The second floor piazza has a spacious seating area and a swinging bench and the backyard has a dining table, grill, and Adirondack chairs.
The home comes with enough off-street parking for 2 cars stacked.
The Neighborhood - Radcliffborough
Radcliffborough is a residential neighborhood with a lively dining scene on Upper King Street, offering Italian eateries, upscale American grills, and homey seafood restaurants. Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
