Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The Hosts were non-existent. I messaged at least 3 times identifying our arrival time estimated at 2pm to 3pm and tried to confirm we could get in. NEVER received a reply. I also messaged about putting the twin beds in the second bedroom together as one bed, as advertised they could do on their rental site...NEVER received a reply AND the beds were not put together. The second bedroom upper blinds had been broken and removed...NO window covering on about a 4 by 8 foot window in that bedroom The television system is awful, but we didn't really need it....the sofa and chair are very uncomfortable. There are not adequate lamps in the bedrooms! But the beds were comfortable though. HOSTS are terrible.....They had the audacity, after NEVER replying to my phone calls, texts & reservation messaging, to text asking we vacate by 10am, which was understood when the reservation was made, but then asked we message them when we left....REALLY, why would I do that??? The HOSTS NEVER replied to one message I sent, regardless of the method sent. They are TERRIBLE HOSTS/MANAGEMENT company. Just grateful we didn't have any problems as they would have been of NO USE and a reason I would not rent from them again....have a question or a problem or request for service they offer not provided....TOOO BAD, they will NOT RESPOND. Owners need to get a new management company or hosts. Too bad, as the property is a good location, beds comfortable...but otherwise....hmmmmm.

Negative: The hosts/management company were non-existent. NEVER replied to multiple requests/questions. There need to be lamps in the bedrooms. The blinds in the second bedroom need to be put back....looks like they were broken and just removed...nothing on upper window!! The pocket door in the main bedroom bath btwn the shower area and sink area needs to be adjusted...it keeps closing, not staying open. Adding a cutting board to the kitchen would be nice. The living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable! The area rug in living room is a trip hazard as the corner is rolling up...Either remove it, rotate it or tape it down...someone is going to trip.

Summary: HOST non-existant! Uncomfortable furniture in living area. Good location, spacious condo, Comfy bed
