Welcome to 81 Moose Hill, our mountain property in Big Sky. We chose this home for its ideal combination of peaceful surroundings and convenient access to Town Center. From the front door, you can easily walk or bike to shops, restaurants, cafés, winter ice skating, live music in the mountains and the seasonal farmers markets. For outdoor enthusiasts, Nordic ski trails are nearby, and some of the region’s most renowned downhill skiing is only minutes away. A shuttle to the mountain, and to Bozeman, also stops within a short walking distance.
The home unfolds across three thoughtfully designed levels.
On the first level, you’ll find a heated garage and two beautifully appointed guest suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom. These rooms offer exceptional versatility for families and groups: Bedroom (1) has a king with en-suite bathroom and Bedroom (2) has a king and bunk beds with en-suite. For ultimate flexibility and comfort, both king beds on this floor can be converted to twin bed configurations with advance notice as well.
The second level welcomes you into a sophisticated open concept living space. A warm fireplace, comfortable seating, and a flat-screen TV create an inviting atmosphere for unwinding after a day of adventure. The adjacent dining area seats eight and flows effortlessly into the fully equipped gourmet kitchen—perfect for home-cooked meals or après-ski gatherings. Outside, the elevated front deck invites you to enjoy plush seating, an outdoor fireplace and peaceful mountain air and scenic views. There is also a back deck where guests can step outside to enjoy a private hot tub along with a patio and a beautiful deck area designed to help you savor Montana’s majestic surroundings. Bedroom (3) also resides on this floor with a king primary suite, spa-like en-suite bath and direct access to the deck.
The third level features an additional upstairs living area complete with a TV serving as the perfect retreat for kids and teens, or a peaceful workspace for anyone needing a desk and quiet environment. This level also offers two additional king bedrooms (both also convertible to two twin beds), one with a private en-suite, plus a full hall bath.
Your stay includes premium linens, plush towels, and hot tub towels, ensuring comfort at every turn. For added convenience, guests receive a curated selection of starter supplies, such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. There will also be kitchen supplies such as trash bags, dishwasher pods and dish soap, and paper towels available for use during your stay.
