Short walk to Old Greenwich elementary school and bus to Eastern Middle School or Greenwich High School.
House available for longer term if you’re temporarily relocating, renovating, or visiting family in town!

Our sunny, safe and clean home is in the heart of the beautiful town of Old Greenwich (Greenwich, CT) and near Long Island Sound and Tod’s point for walking, cycling, and beaching. Beautiful Binney Park is also within walking distance, with children’s playground, town tennis courts, and outdoor walking path and pond.
Our home is lovely and comfortable with a fenced in, level back yard. Great neighborhood- very friendly!
Enjoy grilling and sitting on the deck for dining Al fresco or walk to town to enjoy fresh bagels or fine dining.

Kitchen/Dining: Everything you need to cook and entertain. Gas cooktop. Corian counter with island and bar stools or separate formal dining room with glass and black laquer table to seat six.
Family room is open floor plan to kitchen with large new sectional sofa, new area rug, television with cable and Yamaha Bluetooth sound bar for music, or enjoy the entertainment center full of books.

Master bedroom has French doors to balcony; Queen bed, and desk area for remote working, plus TV with cable. Master bathroom is en suite with tile shower, and Jacuzzi tub. Master also has large walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with sofa and built in desk and TV.
Bedroom 3: Can be configured as bedroom with bed(s) suited to your needs or as home office with Desk area. Currently has a twin bed and a full-sized futon set up.
Second upstairs bathroom in between Bedrooms 2 and 3 off Hallway - with tub and shower overhead.
Laundry area in unfinished basement.
Backyard – fenced in backyard for privacy.
