This incredibly stylish 'rustic-chic' family 'Eco' home overlooking Victoria Park has been recently renovated to exacting standards. The house has a fun feel, with gorgeous artworks and beautiful exposed Somerset limestone running throughout.
On the ground floor you have a huge open plan living space complete with sofa and swing chair. Large glass doors open out to reveal outdoor dining and a family friendly garden with BBQ and veg patch that can be enjoyed during your visit (details will be in the manual as to what is what).
The owners of this property have sustainability in mind with all hot water produced from solar panels. There is an electric car charging port to the front.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ample dining space for 13perfectly set for entertaining. For the children and ‘movie nights’, a large cosy TV room with games and activities.
