Our authentic Alaskan home resides on the Kenai Peninsula in the heart of a wild life refuge, Located in the town of Soldotna at the end of a private cul-de-sac. 150 ft of river bank graces our western property border with Fishing dock, plumbed fish table and the most beautiful private view of the Kenai River. Known for its bountiful salmon runs, and unique color the Kenai River is one of the most sought out fishing rivers in Alaska.
Our home provides you and your family or vacation group a unique experience, staying in a true Alaskan home rich with history and surrounded by some of the most beautiful country in the USA. the home is completely furnished with new beds and furniture, kitchen appliances and has all the amenities necessary to make your stay a "home away from home". This property is newly refurbished and still has plenty of upgrades planned for the future. The house will only rent for this price in 2017-2019. The home is located in Soldotna city limits and is close to EVERYTHING yet secluded you won't know your in town. The backyard is fenced for privacy.
