Freshly renovated Bungalow right in Downtown Denver central to all the bars and entertainment on offer. 15 minute walk to Coors field to catch a baseball game in Summer. An hour and a half up to all the prime ski resorts and hiking in the mountains. Or stay at home and entertain on the Patio with pellet smoker, hot tub and fire pit. Cornhole boards are just outside the door waiting for a casual game. Pool table in the basement and smart home lighting and speakers throughout each room.
The bungalow is full of character and charm. Originally build in 1896 and freshly renovated at the start of the year with many improvements. The Bungalow mixes old world historic character with new modern conveniences such as smart home. This makes life easy by controlling all the lights with your voice and the speakers in each room.
