This cute and newly renovated two bedroom cottage is located just one block from the beautiful white sandy beaches and just a few steps away from a large playground, outdoor gym, basketball courts, volleyball court, and soccer field. There are also restaurants, bars, and hotels that are walking distance. This is an excellent location and perfect for a small group or family looking for a quiet neighborhood.
Everything is brand new!!! New kitchen, flooring, appliances, fresh paint, lighting fixtures, and patio!! We are excited to be sharing our private family beach house with you!
There is free parking in the driveway and the home is walking distance to the beach (2 min walk), restaurants, bars, and shops!! Please don't park on the street as you may get ticketed.
