2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo on the 9th floor on the quiet south end of the island overlooking the gulf. Unit had brand new kitchen with quartz countertops and new stainless appliances and new tile floors and both baths are new. Master has tile floors with walk in glass shower with tile floors and walls and new counters with quartz tops. Guest bath has new tile floors and quarts countertop and tub/shower with new tile. Across from Santini Plaza which has many shops, restaurants and bars. Unit has tile floors, new washer and dryer in unit. The 2 bedrooms are separated by the living space so you have some privacy. 42" flat screen TV in living area and a tv in the master bedroom. The unit has a fresh coat of paint and many new furnishings including leather sofa. A very beachy and homey feeling unit. Large swimming pool and hot tub are located just off of the community room. Walk out the door and you are right on the white sand beach where you can watch the dolphins play or search for shells. We have all your beach needs, including chairs, umbrellas, coolers and toys. You will not be disappointed in this nice unit.
