Featuring 6 bedrooms and 4 baths on two levels, this 2,850 sf home offers an ideal layout for entertaining, relaxation, and cozy spaces to escape. The home has central air conditioning as well as ceiling fans in each room. An inviting foyer leads to a spacious south-facing living room with two sets of glass doors that open to the large back deck and outdoor shower. The extra-large, eat-in kitchen/dining room boasts granite countertops, a center island, a wall of custom cabinets with serving bar and a dining area that faces two sets of glass doors onto the front porch. Relax in Adirondack chairs on the private front porch and adjoining small patio in the front of the home.
On the first floor, two bedrooms and two baths are located on the opposite side of the foyer for great privacy. A sunlit stairwell leads to a large den on the second floor with a sectional sofa, 65” TV and surround sound system, and glass sliders that open to a small west-facing upper balcony. Four lovely upstairs bedrooms (one with a king size bed, two with queen-size beds, and one with two full beds for younger guests) and two baths are thoughtfully positioned for separation off the den and hallway on the second level. Outside, a large deck extends across the back of the house with a dining area, large Weber gas grill, lounge chairs, an outdoor sofa sectional, and plenty of room for lounging or lively gatherings.
