Our condo offers a king in the master, a queen in the second bedroom, and 2 additional queens in the loft bedroom which is open to the living room below. Our mattresses and pillows are new, comfortable, and ease you into a good night's sleep. We take great pride in providing guests with clean accommodations and our housekeeping staff is the best.
The kitchen and dining area make you feel as if you're at home with a fully stocked kitchen - including spices and condiments. Make sure you checkout what we have before shopping for your stay. Our laundry is in unit, and we provide many bathroom sundries, extra pillows, blankets.
Our comfortable furniture, community pool/hot tub, and balcony with a view make this condo a great choice for your stay.
In addition, covered parking, additional uncovered guest parking and RV space for toys and trailers make HawkRidge a great choice for your Mesquite getaway.
The entire condo is your private space during your stay. The pool, hot tub, and recreational area are shared as well. The pool is not heated during the coldest months of the year, but the hot tub will keep you warm. The condo community offers an assigned, free covered parking space, additional open parking for your car or RV, a community grill, and in-unit laundry.
The co-hosts, J and Amy, live close by and are available when called upon. Please message them on the Airbnb feed.
Kitty Hawk Condominiums are a mix of residential owners, renters, and short term guests. Residents enjoy a peaceful neighborhood, so we ask that all guests be respectful and courteous with noise and interaction. Outdoor views of the mountains and mesas are beautiful, and sunsets are easily seen from the community grill/gazebo area as well as reflected on the mountains seen from the balcony.
The proximity of the condos to Marilyn Redd Park is a HUGE bonus to those staying at Hawk Ridge. There are sand volleyball courts, bbq/picnic pavilion with tables, shade covered playground, basketball court, sand pit with diggers, a gigantic lawn for soccer, baseball, lacrosse, frisbee, or anything else you can do with gorgeous green grass and it is all surrounded by a concrete sidewalk that links it to the condos as well as the rest of town.
Mesquite offers many golf courses, gambling opportunities, youth athletic tournaments, and necessity shopping at Smiths, Walmart, and Ace Hardware. Outlying areas provide incredible hiking, off-road adventures, golfing, and so much more. Within a short drive, you can find incredible sights that leave you speechless. Pool/hot tub - The pool is located at the front of the condominium complex as you came in. Lost key fob for the pool or garage remote will result in $200 replacement fee from the security deposit.
Please no glass in the pool area. Please observe all posted rules. POOL OPEN, hot tub and rec area are closed during Covid restrictions.
Laundry: please clear dryer vent screen as often as possible.
CHECKOUT: 1. Please load dishwasher with all dishes and start.
10:00 AM 2. Please start one load of laundry (towels OR sheets).
3. Please set temperature at 69 in winter and 80 in summer.
4. Please sign off personal TV APPS and place TV remotes on a table in
their appropriate rooms.
