Conveniently located within a couple miles of the area's MANY attractions (beach, outlet mall, hiking trails, zoo, splash pad, antique shops, casino, botanical gardens, wineries and breweries, skydiving, boat rentals, etc.) and around 10 miles from New Buffalo, Four Winds Casino, and the Indiana Dunes State Park- this home is central to it all!
Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two twin beds- all with brand new memory foam mattresses. There is also a full bathroom and a hallway linen closet stocked with many "extras".
The large living room has a full size pull-out sofa bed with a memory foam mattress topper. It also has a large flat screen TV with a Roku streaming stick, making it easy to access your favorite apps and streaming platforms. You'll also find board games, card games, and all of your beach essentials! (entryway closet)
The kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you will need for your stay! (see pics for more details)
Downstairs there is a pub table and 4 stools to relax, hang out, and set your drinks and snacks while you have some FUN! Challenge your friends to a game of ping pong, foosball, basketball, or sit down and enjoy the head to head arcade Pong table. Also have fun playing oversized Jenga, Checkers, and Connect 4. And don't forget your quarters for the antique gumball machine!
Outside, the fun times continue in our HUGE fully fenced in backyard. There is a patio table and chairs, propane grill, firepit (bring your own firewood), a large tree swing, a set of cornhole bag boards, a wiffle ball and bat, and a kid friendly axe throwing game! No need to stop the fun once night falls- just flip the switch for the string lights and keep the good times going!
*The laundry room is located in the basement, feel free to use it as needed.
