On garbage removal days, kindly place the garbage container outside as instructed on the provided "garbage table" within the house.
We understand that plans may change, and if you require a late check-out or an extension, please note that availability and additional fees apply. Inform us as soon as possible through the chat for assistance.
In case you need checkout after 10AM we can do so for $100 until 12PM and $130 until 2PM. Please inform me before 10PM day before your checkout in order to avoid late-notice fee.
Pool is serviced twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays and might not be accessible during and after cleaning
Pool cleaners must always be connected; failure to comply will result in a $500 fine.
Non-compliance with the rules may incur fines of up to $2000.
