Summary: Sept. stay for one night was adequate. The price was inexpensive, as hotels and motels go these days. However, the property and conditions are old and could really use updating. Of course, that would certainly boost the price. Plus, in the breakfast area of the lobby, with a half hr still to go, the coffee canisters were already empty and I was told there was no more coffee. In addition, a sign on the hot water machine stated it was broken. I thought the desk attendant might offer to nuke some hot water for me from a back room, but no. Yet, I noticed she had hot water for her cup of soup. Finally, when I was ready to check out, she was busy starting to clean up breakfast, just several paces away, while I stood obviously at the counter, yet she remained oblivious to my lingering. Interactions to check in and out lacked customary warm and graciousness.
