The Living Room is inviting with the wood-burning fireplace and 42' LED TV and DVD player. The adjacent Dining Area provides seating for 4-6.
Best of all, our NEIGHBORHOOD is simply one of the BEST in the entire city! We are incredibly central to most everything in Denver and the walkability of our mature tree-lined streets is fantastic for exploring some of the most beautiful homes in ALL of Denver.
We are a convenient 12 minute drive from Downtown, walking distance to Cherry Creek, Parks, Restaurants, Shopping, about 35 minutes to Denver International Airport and 15 minutes to the I-70 West corridor for access to the Rocky Mountains. It just doesn’t get any better!
Off street AND street parking, however the Garage is not available at this time.
