The living room and primary bedroom have flat-screen TV's. The primary bedroom has a window a/c for additional more personalized temperature setting. The guest bedrooms' share a guest bath/shower bathroom while the primary bedroom's bathroom has a shower only. The primary bathroom, guest bedroom1 and the dining area will lead you into the screened lanai/pool area.

Relax on the large screened lanai while sipping on your morning coffee at the patio table, reclining in one of the lounge chairs, taking a "cold" dip in the pool (no pool heater) (pool bottom rough) or just hanging out at the counter outside the kitchen pass-through window.

Your stay includes a starter set of:
bed linens. Towels for kitchen, bath and pool/beach. Hand, dish and dishwasher soap. Toilet paper and paper towels.
Bring your own:
Consumable cooking spices, food and drink; laundry detergent, bath essentials, beach toys and coolers.

PETS:
This is a pet-friendly property, so you are welcome to bring your small furry friend. One pet, dog only, under 30lbs, upon owner approval and a small nightly fee, shown in reservation once you MARK AND INCLUDE YOUR PET in the count when entering the correct number of guests and pets for the reservation, then contact host immediately through the booking site with a description of your animal (unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee, you will be asked to leave the premises if other arrangements are not made for any unauthorized pet). See Rental Agreement “item 16. Animals” attachment herein, which includes, but is not limited to:
Pet must be house broken, no doggie bathroom pads are allowed in any room. Please ensure you clean up after your pet, disposable waste bags and pet bowls are located in bonus room wall cabinet. Pets are not allowed on any furniture unless you bring blankets/sheets to cover furniture due to pet hair getting caught in furniture. Pets are not allowed in any shower areas or in pool, their fur clogs drains and pool filter. Clean up pet hair in house. Pets must be caged (not provided) if there is a potential of damage to the premises when pet is left unattended inside home while you are away. Dogs must be kept on lease AT ALL TIMES when outside the home.
Provided:
Pet-water and food bowls, disposable waste bags.
Bring your own:
dog: towels, food, furniture sheet/blanket, leash, cage (if needed), chew toys.

NO: parties, smoking, vaping, fireworks or any illegal activities permitted on the premises.

STRICTLY ENFORCED, county code: Quiet time 10pm-7am per county code (this means neighbors must not hear you or any sounds from inside or outside the premises). Cameras located outside of property.

Maximum occupancy cannot exceed 7 people total, including children, any time, day or night.

No one under 25 permitted to rent the premises and reservation holder must be on premises for the full stay.
