Please Read Before Booking: While there is direct beach access behind the building, the on-site pool is closed for a full restoration. Construction to install the new pool and decking is scheduled for September 2025 through approximately June/July 2026. Beach access will remain open. In October 2025, the geothermal unit will be repaired, which may result in a brief A/C outage. By booking, you acknowledge this status and that rates reflect these temporary impacts.
Scheduled HVAC Maintenance: The building will undergo HVAC maintenance from February 18, 2026 through March 4, 2026. The work may not take the full two weeks and the exact timeline will be confirmed once it begins. If the HVAC system is temporarily unavailable during your stay, portable AC units will be provided as needed. Seasonal temperatures during this period are typically mild, with highs of 72-74Β°F, lows of 58-60Β°F, and median temperatures around 64-66Β°F, so we don't anticipate any comfort issues.
