10' X 30'deck. Upstairs Master Suite was w/ King Bed . a joining bathroom has 6ft tub/shower, two sinks, toilet and linen closest . In living room there is a double sleeper sofa, 1 rocker recliner and 1 couch. Satellite TV-42' flat screen, w/ DVD & Wi-Fi. Modern kitchen w/ dishwasher, Refrigerator/Freezer w/ ice-maker, glass top range, microwave, and fully equipped Kitchen. Linens and towels included. Laundry room with washer/dryer. Wrap around 45 ft deck overlooking lake area. Main level has 2 bedrooms. One with a King Bed and Queen Bed in second bedroom. Bath with tub/shower. Great Room w/ Double Futon W/ 7" innerspring mattress on wood frame, 2 rocker recliners. TV/ DVD, Wi-Fi. A second kitchen to make it convenient for Barbecuing on the 10'X30' deck on this level.
Walk down the driveway and steps to the game room, continue down to a 45' deck and the dock. Enjoy the 225 feet of Lake Front with EZ dock with two boat slips, water trampoline, swim dock, and 45 ft deck by the water for sun and shade while enjoying the activities on the water.
Game room w/ Foosball table and board games. Hoarse shoe pit and shuffle board table. Fireplace with BBQ table, just outside game room, for making those delicious s'mores. Also find suffle board table and horse shoe pit just up from the fireplace.
Delicious clean drinking water from our 300' well.
