This is a CUSTOM, PRIVATE, CLEAN, AND COMFORTABLE home throughout, and it offers 4 bedrooms and a sleeping nook, along with ample outdoor living space and over 2500 sq feet of interior living space. It is a mere 340 yards to the beach!
The Private pool area is fantastic, the area is fenced and well equipped for lounging and soaking in the days by the pool. Pool heat can be added in short-term stays from November 1 to May 31 each year. ($50/night fee if you would like to have the pool heated).
The house bespeaks quality and elegance with numerous covered outdoor living areas from the rocking chair front porches and covered patios to the covered breezeway with a smaller seating area, and the ping pong and tv in the garage! Detach from the grind and connect with loved ones and friends!
The beach, just a few steps (340 yards) away is accessed at the new Dune Allen Regional beach access, convenient with a ramp to the beach, changing areas and bathrooms. It is an easy walk, or you may choose to drive down and park.
Hungry? Stinky's Fish Camp, one of 30As best restaurants, is steps away (and even has a breakfast options next door!) 3 Son's BBQ is up the street, and the shops and restaurants (Shunk Gulley, Perfect Pig, Pecan Jack's, etc.) of Gulf Place are about a 10 minute ride on the bike path!
The home is located on the Quiet West End minutes from Sandestin and Gulf Place but away from the crowds and traffic.
The Blue Grouper house features the following living / sleeping arrangements:
1st floor - Rocking chair front porch, Gorgeous custom kitchen (with all the needed amenities) and spacious living area and half bath, along with a King bedroom with a full bath
Added bonus! A half bath accessible from the pool on the back side of the garage!. Custom pool with ample leisure space and grilling area.
2nd floor: Enjoy the king primary suite with decadent en-suite bath, or another king bedroom and twin bunk room with a Jack and Jill full bath.
An additional Queen sleeper is in the sleeping nook (really only for 2 small children or one small adult) on the way to the spacious upstairs covered AND uncovered porch with outdoor seating for socializing.
There is parking for up to 6 cars is available on the front parking pad and in the rear driveway.
