The newly built home offers an open floor plan with a large first-floor living space, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and an oversized island with additional seating. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower on the first floor and a front office space with a desk and sofa.

This beautiful home features a second-floor master suite with a king-size bed, flat-screen television, and bathroom with dual vanities and oversized walk-in shower. A bedroom with a queen-size bed and daybed, and a bedroom with a bunk bed with a twin on top, full bottom, and trundle bed are also located on the second floor. In addition, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed, flat-screen television, and access to a front porch with seating, perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. There are two full-size shared baths with shower/tub combinations on the second floor as well. The second-floor living space provides additional space for watching movies and playing games and comes with a pull-out couch.
