Ground floor has a King suite with pull out sleeper sofa in the den that has a bar & full-size fridge. Huge patio that has outdoor dining by the pool with panoramic Gulf views. The laundry room sits off to the side on the way up the stairs toward the main living area.
The main floor opens to a big living-room with over 12 foot vaulted ceilings that would be the center point of your movie experience with surround sound and a large screen Satellite TV with DVD player. The 2nd master bedroom with it's queen bed and it's small private balcony sits off the large open kitchen with a breakfast bar and night time ambient lighting. The dining area has a unique large wooden table with seating for 8 and access to a large balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico.
3rd floor King Master suite has sitting area with a 60' Samsung flat screen HD TV & walk-in closet. Enjoy spectacular beach views of the Gulf from the Master balcony sitting area. The Master bath has a large walk-in 6' X 8' shower double vanity private make-up station with separate his and hers lavatories and lots of counter space.
The bunk area is located on this floor to the side of the hall way.
Parking for 2 cars in the driveway and 5 cars at the back of the house (Gulf side).
